So happy to see you here... 'cause we need prayer. God is already working in Reynosa, and we are excited to be able to meet and work with the Christians already serving Jesus south of the border.
Here are some of our prayer requests...
travel plans... getting to the airport, getting on the right plane, not forgetting passports, having good attitudes about changes in plans. Packing the right stuff, not packing too much stuff. Not losing our stuff.
teamwork... we will be together a lot on the trip. Pray that we will see each other as God sees us; that each one of us will have a chance to grow in love for one another, and serve one another through our words and actions. Pray that we will jump at the chance to say a kind word, and to ask for help from the other team members. Or give a smile/hug to someone who is having a bad day.

changes in weather and diet... OOOhhh.. the heat in Mexico can be overwhelming and turn us into crabbypants. And then there are lots of new foods to try out and enjoy. Pray that we would use wisdom as we make food selections, so that we don't get any unwanted intestinal visitors.
